They realize that I am all business, and I have a reputation for 'don't mess with Jenna.' Not because I am a bad person or I am mean, but I know what I am doing. I am very excited and happy about what I do, I try to learn as much as I can about what I am doing. So once they see that I know what I am talking about, then they take me a lot more seriously.
